HORROR: Teacher Defiles Student in Rukungiri.

The territorial Police in Rukungiri district have arrested a 36 year- old Baron Tumwakyire a primary 4 and 5 science teacher at Kembundu primary school in Buyanja sub county, Rukungiri district, Over the alleged carnal knowledge of a 16 year-old-boy.

ASP Elly Maate says the suspect is believed to have had carnal Knowledge with the Victim, a student of Brilliance high school in Kihihi town Council in Kanungu district whose particulars have been not revealed by Police for Investigation matters.

It’s alleged that on 20/12/2022 at about 7:00Pm at Kishanda ll village, Nyakagyeme Sub County in Rukungiri district, the victim was taken by the suspect to Kamuhogo trading center and bought for him two sodas.

Maate told Journalists that thereafter he allegedly took the victim to the banana plantation next to his (suspect’s) home removed his penis and placed it on the victim’s penis and he ejaculated on it as stated by the victim.

Maate asserts that inquiries into the matter have commenced, victim was examined and relevant statements were recorded.

A statement on defilement has been registered at Rukungiri Central Police Station under reference number CRB 1398/2022.
