Joseph Mutebile Declares Candidacy for Kabale Municipality MP Seat

KABALE – Joseph Mutebile, a brother to the former Governor Bank of Uganda, Late Emmanuel Tumusiime Mutebile officially announced his candidacy for the Kabale Municipality Member of Parliament (MP) position in the 2026 elections during a press conference at White Horse Inn Hotel on October 27, 2023.

Seeking to reclaim the constituency from the current hold of the opposition Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) party led by Dr. Nicholas Thadeus Kamara, Mutebile highlighted Kabale Municipality’s historical association with the ruling NRM party.

Emphasizing his dedication to representing the will of the people, Mutebile pledged to consult constituents before making decisions and champion their interests in Parliament.
