KABALE – The Woman Member of Parliament for Kabale District, Honorable Atwakiire Catheline Ndamira has urged parents to prioritize the proper nurturing of their children to secure a brighter future for them.

Honorable Atwakiire’s message was conveyed by her political assistant, Alex Akampurila, who spoke as the Guest of Honor during the St John Feast day celebration at Rutooma Primary School.
