Vipers SC Bolsters Squad with Two-Year Signing of Right-Back Grant Matsiko

KAMPALA – Vipers SC have successfully secured the services of talented right-back, Grant Matsiko, signing him on a lucrative two-year employment contract that extends until 2025.

The acquisition of Matsiko marks the fifth signing for the club during the ongoing transfer window, following the arrivals of Giancarlo Lopez Rodriguez, Luiz Otavio Santos de Araujo, popularly known as Tinga, Richard Matovu, and David Bagoole.

Having showcased his skills at neighbors Wakiso Giants FC over the past two seasons, Matsiko has left a lasting impact, particularly in the previous season where he excelled on the pitch.

His exceptional performances have not gone unnoticed, as evidenced by his inclusion in the prestigious StarTimes Uganda Premier League (SUPL) team of the season at the Pilsner UPL Awards. This recognition firmly establishes him as one of the country’s finest players in his position.
