Ronnie, a year one student pursuing a Bachelor of Development Studies and residing in North Hall, passed away on Sunday, April 28th, 2024, at Mulago Hospital.
Ms. Bridget Mugume, the University Dean of Students, confirmed Ronnie’s passing, expressing condolences on behalf of the university. She recounted that Ronnie was admitted to Mulago Hospital on April 22nd, 2024, and his demise was witnessed by her on Sunday morning. The university has extended support to Ronnie’s family with a sum of 540,000 Shillings.

Ronnie’s final rites will take place on Tuesday in Rwamukundi cell, near Ndorwa Government Prison, located in the Southern Division of Kabale Municipality.
