Niwamanya explained that the suspects lured a young man from Bukedea District by offering him a job opportunity at a hotel in Kisoro. Upon his arrival, the victim was directed to stay at a hotel in Kisoro town, supposedly while awaiting further instructions regarding the job.

However, the suspects allegedly coerced the victim into engaging in homosexual acts. The victim reported the incident to Kisoro Central Police Station after escaping the situation.

During interrogation, the suspects reportedly admitted to engaging in such activities. Niwamanya urged residents of Kisoro District to refrain from immoral behavior, warning that it could lead to legal consequences.
