KABALE: The Kabale District Woman Member of Parliament has urged the public to prioritize love and forgiveness in their relationships to prevent the breakdown of families.
Honorable Atwakiire’s message, conveyed by her political assistant Alex Akampurila during the induction service of Rev. Victor Ndiharomwe at Emmanuel Kasheregyenyi Church of Uganda in Kasheregyenyi parish, Kamuganguzi sub-county of Kabale District, emphasized the importance of fostering unity and harmony.
The function, Presided over by Venerable EPaphra Baryamureba, the Archdeacon of Muyebe Archdeaconry, served as a platform for Honorable Atwakiire to advocate for cultivating love and forgiveness to promote teamwork, particularly in the workplace, thereby revitalizing the spirit of cooperation.
Similarly, Hon. Ndyomugyenyi Bish, the Member of Parliament for Rukiga County, echoed the call for collaboration among Christians, emphasizing its crucial role in fostering familial and societal development.
