According to Samson Kasasira, the spokesperson for the Rwizi region Police, the incident occurred yesterday around 7:30 PM when most students were attending a football match between Arsenal and Aston Villa in the school’s main hall.
Kasasira explained that the fire originated in the Felix block, which houses the Peace dormitory accommodating 48 students and the Rich dormitory accommodating 32 rooms.

Fortunately, a senior six student, who was revising in a nearby classroom, quickly reported the incident to the teachers, who promptly disconnected the electricity.
