KASESE: Police in Bwera Division, Kasese District, have arrested a 26-year-old UNEB invigilator from Vision Senior Secondary School in Kisinga Sub-County for alleged involvement in malpractice during the ongoing Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) exams.

SP Tumushime stated that Kabugho was caught with a missing Geography Paper One, which she was photographing with her phone—an action that violates UNEB’s rules and regulations.
Police swiftly responded and arrested the suspect.
“She is currently detained at Bwera Police Station and will soon be arraigned in court. We also caution UNEB officials to avoid involvement in examination malpractice, or they will face the full force of the law,” Tumushime added.
