Kagadi Resident District Commissioner (RDC) Nanshemeza Caroline condemned the act, calling it unnecessary given the availability of free primary and secondary education.

She urged parents and guardians to utilise government programmes to ensure children receive proper education instead of resorting to forgery.

The suspects have been handed to police for investigation.

UPDF Recruitment Team 5 Public Information Officer, Captain Wilson Kato Agaba, warned candidates against cheating, noting that their professional screening team can easily detect forgeries.
