Mulwana Ronald, a 28-year-old online blogger who runs the PL on TV account, has been knocked by a Toyota Hiace drone.
The accident occurred on Wednesday at around 9:00 a.m. at Ggaba Trading Centre, between Maranatha Primary School and Maranatha High School.
It is alleged that the vehicle, registration number UU 00067 T, which was transporting a suspect identified as Okello Christopher Onyum, developed brake failure upon reaching the Mobile Court premises, leading to the collision with Mulwana.
Okello is facing criminal charges for allegedly attacking children at Ggaba Early Childhood Development Program, a daycare centre in Ggaba Parish, Makindye Division, Kampala City, and killing four of them.
Kampala Metropolitan Police Spokesperson, Racheal Kawala, confirmed that the victim was rushed to Mulago Hospital for treatment. Investigations into the incident are ongoing.
