RUKIGA – The Vice Chairman of the MK Movement, Western Balaam Barugahara has encouraged the youth to pursue vocational studies for a promising future.
He delivered this message during the post-event gathering after the final match of the MK Rukiga Youth Cup 2023, organized by Rtd Capt. Damson Christmas Kivumba at Kamwezi Playground in Kamwezi Sub county of Rukiga District on Tuesday.
Balaam emphasized the value of acquiring practical skills, highlighting that individuals often spend considerable money on items that could be crafted by themselves. He advised them to delve into hands-on studies.
Additionally, Balaam urged the youth to set future goals, emphasizing the importance of saving money rather than merely spending what they earn.
Furthermore, he called upon the residents of Kamwezi to support Gen. MK when the time comes, assuring them of improvements in social services such as road construction, healthcare, and the education sector.
During the same event, Balaam inaugurated the MK Poultry Keeping Project in the area, distributing three hundred twenty chickens to the youth.
