DRC – Voting in Territory of Popokabaka (Kwago), Democratic Republic of Congo, scheduled for Wednesday evening, was postponed to Thursday due to late deployment of electoral materials.
Faustin Tshimanga, the territory’s administrator, says that she awaits a press release from CENI to inform the population and ease tensions.
Tshimanga attributes the delay to conflicts among politicians hindering timely equipment deployment, causing voting delays in various centers across Kwango province, including Feshi, Kasongolunda, and Kahemba territories.
