NEWS – The Ugandan music community is mourning the loss of two talented musicians in separate road accidents within a span of two weeks.

Edirisa Musuuza, popularly known as Eddy Kenzo and the president of the Uganda National Musicians Federation, shared the distressing news. Last week, the federation bid farewell to Pius Kibuule, also known as Pius Kibs, who lost his life in a tragic road accident.

Adding to the somber atmosphere, this week witnessed yet another unfortunate incident as the federation mourned the passing of Par Pira Beepee, a member of the Lango Musicians Association. Beepee met with a fatal motor accident in Lira, leaving the music industry in shock.

Expressing his sorrow, Kenzo emphasized the profound impact of these incidents on the music community and extended heartfelt prayers for eternal peace and solace to the grieving families during this difficult time. He urged fellow musicians to exercise caution on the roads and appealed for divine guidance to keep them safe.
