KABALE – Kabale Regional Referral Hospital is currently stuck with the body of an unidentified adult male who was discovered floating in the waters of River Rwabakazi in Kyanamira sub-county, Kabale Municipality.
Elly Maate, the Kigezi Region Police spokesperson, reveals that the deceased was spotted yesterday, prompting Kyanamira police to respond.
A team, led by D/IP Magara Richard from Kabale Central Police Station, visited the scene, retrieved the body from the river, and transported it to the Kabale Regional Referral Hospital mortuary for a postmortem examination.
Maate urges anyone with a missing loved one to visit the hospital mortuary for identification and subsequent burial arrangements.
