KABALE – Police in Kabale District are investigating the sudden death of 21-year-old Rwandan national James Tuyizere on a Horizon bus traveling from Kampala to Kisoro.
According to Horizon bus conductor Kyokwijuka Wickliffe, Tuyizere began vomiting near Mbarara, and although passengers suggested taking him to the hospital at Ittojjo, concerns about time led to a delay.
Tragically, Tuyizere collapsed and died at Kabaraga.
Elly Maate, Kigezi Region Police spokesperson, reported that the Homicide team conducted investigations, statements were obtained, and the body was sent to Kabale regional referral hospital mortuary for postmortem.
