The Rubanda District Woman Member of Parliament candidate, Evelyne Ninsiima Kikafunda, has urged voters to prioritize leaders who are committed to serving their communities ahead of the 2026 general election.
Delivering her Christmas message on Tuesday, Ninsiima, a Sustainable Development Consultant, reminded residents that as they celebrate the festive season and enter the new year, they have a responsibility to elect leaders who put the welfare of their communities first.
Ninsiima, who has for years championed initiatives in health, education, women’s empowerment, and youth development across Rubanda District, reiterated her commitment to continue these efforts if elected as the district’s Woman Member of Parliament.
“My prayer is that in the elections on 15th January 2026, the people will vote for leaders who prioritize the needs of the community,” she said. “I humbly ask for your support as you consider me for the role of Women Member of Parliament for Rubanda District.”
Ahead of the festive season, Ninsiima also emphasized the importance of celebrating unity, peace, and service to the community.
