KABALE: The former President of the Democratic Change Party (FDC), Col Dr. Kizza Besigye, has arrived in Kabale District ahead of a consultative meeting with party supporters.
Accompanied by Buhweju County Member of Parliament, Hon. Mwijukye Francis, and their team, Col Dr. Besigye was warmly welcomed by party supporters at Kabaraga in Kaharo Sub County of Kabale District.
