KASESE: Police in Kasese District have launched investigations to determine the circumstances under which one of their junior officers took his own life by shooting himself.
The incident occurred around 11 a.m. at the police barracks in Kasese Town, where Police Constable (PC) 75636 John Kanene, a Mugwere from Budaka District in Eastern Uganda, was found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
The reasons behind his tragic decision remain unknown.
