He underscored his dedication to ensuring that the residents of Kabale district fully embrace and actively support government initiatives such as the Parish Development Model (PDM), Emyooga, Youth Livelihood Program (YLP), and Uganda Women Empowerment Program (UWEP).
He said that such programs are vital tools in the fight against poverty at the household level, and vowed to maximize their impact in Kabale district.
