KABALE: The Rukiga constituency MP hopeful Capt. Damson Christmas Kivumba has on 8th February 2023 donated computers and text books worth 8.5 million shillings to St. Ignitious University project.
While handing over the computers to the university project vice chancellor at the university grounds in Kabanda ward Kabale municipality, Capt. Kivumba said that these computers will help learners to be well equipped with skills and knowledge.
Captain Kivumba added that this will help learners to compete favorably in the world of science technology and innovation.
After receiving the computers, the St. Ignitious University project vice chancellor Professor Fr. Maximilliano Ngabirano thanked Capt. Kivumba for the generous heart of giving which will help the University to begin.
He called upon the community and other well-wishers to come out and support the project for its smooth running.
St. Ignitions University was started by Kabale dioceses and is awaiting the National Council for Higher education’s approval to start.
