RUKUNGIRI: As Senior Four candidates across the country sit for their Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) exams, the Rukungiri Assistant Resident District Commissioner (ARDC), Mirembe Mabel Karazarwe, has urged parents of day school students to allow their children more time for study during this crucial period.

Speaking at her office at the Rukungiri District Headquarters on Monday, Karazarwe highlighted that many parents engage their children in domestic chores, particularly in the evenings, which reduces their study time. She pointed out that this places day scholars at a disadvantage compared to their peers in boarding schools.
