The construction contract was awarded to Arch Civil Contractors and Builders Limited. According to the company’s director, Mucunguzi Anatoli, the project is expected to be completed within four months. He detailed that the ground floor will house 11 offices, six washrooms, and a staff room, while the first floor will include the main hall, a boardroom, and six additional washrooms.

Rev. Fr. Augustine Tumushime, the Rector of St. Paul’s Seminary, expressed optimism about the development noting that the seminary has long lacked proper office space and an examination hall, particularly with the increasing number of candidates in recent years.
He said the new administration block would be a significant boost to the institution’s operations.

During the ceremony, Msgr. John Vianney Sunday blessed the construction site with Holy Water, emphasizing that every step taken by the seminary and other diocesan institutions is not due to their own strength or intelligence, but through the guidance of the Risen Lord.
