KAMPALA: General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, Chief of Defence Forces and Senior Presidential Advisor for Special Operations, on Monday met a delegation from the Czech Republic at the Special Forces Command Headquarters in Entebbe.
Leading the delegation was Ms. Katerina Sequensova, Director General for Non-European Countries, Economic and Development Cooperation of the Czech Republic.
   The discussions between General Kainerugaba and Ms. Sequensova centered on fortifying security measures and enhancing bilateral relations between Uganda and the Czech Republic.
Alongside Ms. Sequensova were Mr. Jan Spiler, Chief of Intergovernmental Defence Cooperation, Lt. Col. Borijov Jurenka, the Military and Air Defence Attaché, and Mr. Vaclav Prasil, Director of Sub-Saharan Africa.
The Czech delegation further included Ambassador Nicol Adamcova and Mr. Stephen Kaboyo, the Czech Republic Honorary Consul in Uganda, among other esteemed members.
In attendance at the meeting were Maj Gen BD Mugisha, Commander of the Special Forces Command, and other senior officers of the SFC.
