The two-day session is scheduled to run from Monday, October 12, to Tuesday, October 13, 2026.

The proceedings will be presided over by a panel of three Justices: Christopher Gashirabake, Margret Tibulya and Cornelia Kakooza Sabiiti.

According to the cause list signed by Janeva Natukunda, the Deputy Registrar of the Court of Appeal, most of the appeals scheduled for hearing relate to land disputes.
