Kabale Police Retrieves Dead Body of male adult in cabbage garden .

KABALE- Police in Kabale district are investigating circumstances surrounding the death of unidentified male adult, found lying in the cabbage garden on Monday in Maziba subcounty.

According to ASP Elly Maate, the Kigezi region police spokesperson, information was received from chairperson Lc1 Rushumo village, Birambo parish, Maziba sub county, Kabale district, that there was a dead body of unidentified male adult, found lying in the cabbage garden of one Turyamureeba John of the said Rushumo village.

Maate says that a case was registered at Maziba police post which notified Kabale Central police station, which visited the scene, body was searched but no documents were recovered for identification.

According to Maate, the deceased had two fresh cut wounds at the back of the head and was conveyed to Kabale referral hospital mortuary for post-mortem.

He added that inquiries still going on to identify the deceased and apprehend the suspects for prosecution.
