The training seeks to equip local leaders and technical officers with skills to effectively communicate with communities, manage grievances, and improve the implementation of development projects under the Uganda Climate Smart Agriculture Transformation Project (UCSATP).

Speaking during the training, John Robert Opus, the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for UCSATP, underscored the importance of effective communication in grievance management and overall project success.

Opus said the programme is intended to build participants’ capacity to communicate clearly with communities, provide timely feedback, and handle grievances in a transparent, inclusive, and accountable manner.
