Isaac Tibemanya, another PLU mobilizer in Western Uganda, questioned Kabanda’s qualifications, citing them as a reason for the current issues.

Tibemanya demands Kabanda’s immediate removal, emphasizing the need for education and intellectual rigor within the organization.
“Hon. Kabanda should pursue higher education before assuming any governance roles within PLU.” Tibemanya said.
