Distinguished speakers at the conference include Bishop Amos Magezi, the Bishop for North West Ankole, Rev. Can. Dr. Rebecca Nyegenye, Rev. Andrew Agaba, and Rev. Can. Prof. Medard Rugyendo, among others.
Bishop Akanjuna commended the Ugandan government for its commendable initiatives like PDM and Emyooga. He encouraged Christians to embrace these programs as effective tools for eradicating poverty in their households.
Bishop Akanjuna also urged Christians to actively participate in government initiatives like PDM, suggesting the formation of groups based on household income to enhance collective development.
