According to eyewitnesses interviewed by the police, the suspects allegedly assaulted Mugisa with sticks and empty beer bottles in a local bar, leading to his death.
SP Tumushime stated that the incident occurred on Monday, October 21, 2024, in Kitoro Cell, Nyakasanga II, Nyamwamba Division, Kasese Municipality.
