KABALE – Dr. Hilary Bakamwesiga Mbona, an aspiring member of parliament for Ndorwa West on Monday 23rd October 2023 emphasized the importance of early will-writing during his address at the sendoff ceremony of Mzee Silvano Kabonyi in Butunza, Kyasano, Ndorwa West constituency.
He urged parents to avoid potential family conflicts by drafting their wills in their middle ages when their minds are still sharp.
Dr. Hilary commended the late Mzee Kabonyi for being a role model and encouraged mourners to cherish their time on earth, advocating for love and peaceful coexistence.
Additionally, he urged students in candidate classes to prioritize their studies for successful results, highlighting the significance of academic achievements for future opportunities.
