According to police reports, Muhindo drowned on Wednesday in a gully with deep water-filled holes. His body was discovered on Thursday at 1:50 PM.
SP Nelson Tumushime, the Rwenzori East Region Police spokesperson, stated that officers in Bwera were alerted and promptly responded to the scene. The body was later transported to Bwera Hospital for a postmortem examination.
He revealed that investigations into the incident are ongoing.
