A quarrel broke out between the suspects and Davis, prompting Davis to leave the bar, leaving his father behind.

It is alleged that Nuwamanya pursued Davis in an attempt to fight him but failed to catch up. On his way back, he met Musinguzi and allegedly assaulted him, hitting him around the head and causing him to lose consciousness.

At around 8:00 PM, family members were informed and rushed Musinguzi to Case Clinic in Rukungiri. He was later referred to Mbarara Regional Referral Hospital but unfortunately died en route on Monday evening.
