KABALE – Dr. Hillary Bakamwesiga Mbona, an aspiring member of parliament for Ndorwa West has urged Christians at Kyasano Catholic Church in Kyasano Kamuganguzi, Ndorwa West constituency, to embrace hard work, cultivate a mindset change, and invest in profitable ventures in the upcoming year to foster the development of their families and communities.
Speaking during the Christmas service, Mbona emphasized that investments could take various forms, such as prioritizing education for children, engaging in agriculture, and transitioning from less profitable ventures to new and promising fields.
He also addressed the importance of security awareness, especially during the festive season, cautioning the public against hosting unfamiliar individuals due to the ongoing threat posed by the ADF in Uganda, which has resulted in severe harm to people.
During the service, Dr. Hilary demonstrated his commitment to the community by supporting the Kyasano Catholic Church choir with twenty-five uniform pieces, a gesture he made during the same service.
