KABALE – The Kabale District Woman Member of Parliament, Catheline Ndamira Atwakiire has urged the public to cultivate a positive legacy before their passing by dedicating themselves to virtuous endeavors that honor God.
Hon. Atwakiire emphasized this on Tuesday during her speech at the requiem service for the late James Rutarimara in Kyarugondo, Kicumbi Kamuganguzi Sub County, Kabale District.
The service took place at Emmanuel Kasheregyenyi Church of Uganda in Muyebe Archdeaconry, Diocese of Kigezi.
Ndamira underscored the importance of individuals working towards a commendable reputation, advocating for assisting the less fortunate with the blessings bestowed upon them by God, and steering clear of wrongdoing.
She emphasized faith in God as the sole source of salvation.
James Rutarimara, who passed away at 65, is survived by his wife and nine children.
