Honorable Atwakiire made these remarks yesterday during the funeral service of the late Vanancio in Karweru Maziiba sub-county, Kabale District. The service took place at his ancestral home in Mukagaana village, Karweru – Maziiba sub-county, Kabale District, under the auspices of the Kagaana Catholic Church, led by Pastor Mubangizi Cleophas.
Atwakiire emphasized that many polygamous families suffer from internal conflicts, hindering their progress and prosperity. She advised men within such family structures to ensure fairness and equality among their wives and children to foster harmonious development.
She highlighted that when polygamous families unite towards common objectives, they stand a better chance of attaining wealth and success.
