The registration initiative, spearheaded by Kisoro’s district supervisor, Peruth Nyirazihawe, commenced its operations in the Mayor’s Gardens within Kisoro Municipality. Nyirazihawe emphasized PACEID’s core objective of empowering the youth with multifaceted skills, underscoring that those successfully registered will undergo comprehensive training programs, culminating in the awarding of certificates upon course completion.
