Founded in 1995, Kabale Trinity College has trained numerous students who are now serving the nation in various capacities. The contributions for the computer laboratory began on Saturday with career guidance sessions from alumni to current students. This was followed by the Katrico League event, hosted on Sunday at Kabale Municipal Stadium, and culminated in the Katrico Dinner at White Horse Inn, Kabale.
According to Joshua Taremwa, the Katrico League Publicity Secretary, the events were brought to Kabale as a way of giving back to the community. Taremwa revealed that they managed to raise 10 million shillings in both cash and pledges.
Taremwa added that equipping the computer laboratory will provide students with essential knowledge in this digital era.
