KISORO: Over 290 million shillings were collected on Saturday during a fundraising event to construct maternity and children’s wards at Rwingwe Health Centre III in Nyakabande Sub-county, Kisoro District.

Hamson Obua, the Government Chief Whip, was the guest of honor, representing the Minister of Defence, Hon. Oboth Oboth. He encouraged the people of Kisoro to work together to complete the project, ensuring that mothers can deliver at the health facility without having to travel long distances for assistance.
