Bishop Rubaramira rallies Christians on Life Insurance

KABALE:

The bishop of Kabale diocese the, Rt. Rev Callist Rubaramira has urged Christians to insure their life with life insurance companies to secure life time medication in order to have a healthy life.

Bishop Rubaramira said this on Monday during the send off mass of the Late Rev. Fr Adrone Ntwiirenabo at St Mary’s Rushoroza Cathedral in Kabale Municipality.

Bishop Rubaramira told Christians to insure their life with life insurance companies most especially with health facilities that offer such services citing how thousands of Christians in greater Kabale district have insured their life.

He reminded Christians that insuring life is the only solution to go nowadays since there are continued pandemic outbreaks that have seen several Ugandans lose life and struggle to raise hospital bills.

Bishop Rubaramira reminded Christians that insurance plans help to pay for medical emergencies, hospitalization, contraction of any illnesses and treatment, and medical care required in the future.

Bishop Rubaramira described the as someone who was well disciplined, who used to socialize and loved priesthood.

The Late Rev. Fr Adrone Ntwiirenabo, the Dean of studies at the seminary, succumbed to high blood pressure last week at Kaloli Lwanga hospital Nyakibale.

Fr. Ntwiirenabo was born in 1955 in Nyamasizi Kabandama Rubanda parish Kabale diocese.

He studied from St andrew’s primary school Rubanda, Apostles of Jesus seminary Bukinda for O’ level, St Paul’s seminary Rushoroza for A level and Later joined Katigondo seminary in masaka where he completed diploma and a degree in philosophy and allied subjects.

He later joined Gaba major seminary and was ordained a priest in 1983.

He served in Many parishes that include Nyakibale,Buhara, Rwanyena, among others, and taught in schools that include St Agatha secondary school, where he served as the headteacher and in 2016 joined St Charles Lwanga seminary Nyakibale where served as dean of studies.

The sendoff service was attended by the state minister for Finance and general duties Hon. Henry Musasizi Ariganyira who urged Christians to always eat balanced diet for better life.

The Late Rev. Fr Adrone Ntwiirenabo’s  body was laid to rest at Kabale diocesan cemetery at Rushoroza in Kabale municipality.
