President Museveni to Address Nation on Independence Day Theme

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni is scheduled to address the nation today, covering the Independence Day theme and various national issues.

The confirmation of his address comes from the Presidential Press Unit (PPU), and the speech will be broadcast live on all radio and television stations at 8:00 PM.

In an official statement, the Presidential Press Unit (PPU) announced, “The Presidential Press Unit (PPU) wishes to inform the general public that His Excellency, the President of the Republic of Uganda, Gen. (Rtd). Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, will deliver a national address on Sunday, October 8, 2023, at 8 PM.”
