NEWS: Twelve football clubs from the Western Region Football Association risk being excluded from the 2024/2025 fixtures, set to be released on September 11.

Berthlyne Nalwanga, General Secretary of the Western Region Football Association, stated that the league is scheduled to begin on September 28, in line with the Federation of Uganda Football Association (FUFA) calendar.
She stressed that non-compliance from the clubs disrupts the league’s prearranged schedule. The clubs have been given until Friday, September 6, to respond; failure to comply will result in their exclusion from the league.
