Authorities at St. Paul’s Seminary Rushoroza in Kabale Municipality have officially launched the construction of a two-storied multipurpose building worth Shs1.52 billion.

The groundbreaking ceremony took place on Wednesday at the seminary premises in Southern Division, Kabale Municipality. It was presided over by Msgr. John Vianney Sunday, the Vicar General of Kabale Diocese and Chairperson of the Seminary Advisory Board.

The construction contract was awarded to Arch Civil Contractors and Builders Limited. According to the company’s director, Mucunguzi Anatoli, the project is expected to be completed within four months. He detailed that the ground floor will house 11 offices, six washrooms, and a staff room, while the first floor will include the main hall, a boardroom, and six additional washrooms.
