MBARARA: Minister of Finance (General Duties), Henry Musasizi has commended the church for its steadfast partnership with the government in establishing educational institutions across the country, thereby ensuring the provision of quality education.

He cited notable institutions such as Maryhill High School, St. Joseph’s Vocational School, and Nyamitanga Technical Institute, which have been instrumental in producing skilled individuals who serve various sectors of the economy.
“I extend my gratitude to the church for its invaluable partnership with the government in the establishment of educational institutions and the delivery of quality education,” remarked Minister Musasizi.

He further commended the Archdiocese of Mbarara for its initiative in founding a private university that provides vital higher education opportunities for the youth, thereby contributing significantly to national development.
