KABALE: State Minister for Transport, Fred Byamukama has cautioned graduates against reckless spending, highlighting the significance of supporting their families and communities.
Byamukama delivered this message on Wednesday during the 8th graduation ceremony at Kabale School of Comprehensive Nursing, where 521 healthcare practitioners received certificates and diplomas in various medical fields.
Representing Dr. John Chrysostom Muyingo, the State Minister for Higher Education, Byamukama, an alumnus of the institution, emphasized the tendency of many young graduates to overspend, especially on frivolous pursuits, once they enter the workforce. He urged them to adopt a culture of saving instead of squandering their hard-earned money on unnecessary extravagances.
