KISORO – Media personalities and Music artists in Kisoro district have commended M19 TV management for organising a get together football match between the two sides, an opportunity for combining developmental voices.
M19 TV is one of the online TV’s operating in Kisoro district. The match was organised as a pre M19 19 Awards 2023 event that happened at Kindly Hotel on Saturday night.
The exciting football game played at Shaza playground on Saturday last week went in favour of Music artists after beating Media personalities by two goals to Zero.
The team Music artists Coach, Peter Tunes aka Mr. Kisoro commended his team for displaying fantasy skills against the popular media persons whom they had feared before Kickoff.
He noted that such games need to continue happening because they provide time for fun, knowing each other and discussing developmental issues.

One of the goal scorers, PH of PH Music said that he was once a great football player but came to hate it when his secondary school lost a final by a one goal to nil, appreciating the M19 innovation that saw him on the pitch again and even score a goal. Other musicians and DJ’s noted that they won the media personalities because they are always doing exercises during musical performances.

Media Personalities on the other side say that they lost due to lack of enough training and having a weak midfield partnership that failed to control the young musicians.
They however appreciated the event because it provided them an opportunity to interact with artists saying that it should continue so that more developmental matters can be discussed after the match get-together meetings.
